I just found this recipe in a magazine and it sounds like a great hot weather treat! It also has zero fat and the phenols replenish the thyroid and adrenal gland, boosting calorie burn by 12 percent!
Easy Raspberry Sorbet
In food processor or blender, blend 2 cups frozen raspberries and 3 Tablespoons apple or orange juice (and 1/2 tsp of either cinnamon or vanilla if desired.)
Blend until smooth, scraping down sides if necessary. Serve immediately.
