
Do you find your pie crusts shrinking as they bake? Here is a way to make sure you are using the right size crust for your pies.
If you are making a fluted crust, cut the dough circle 1 inch larger than the pie pan you are using.
For a single pie crust, cut the dough circle 3 inches larger than the pie pan.
For a double crust pie cut both circles 2 inches larger than the pie pan.
